Call for Papers – Smart Agriculture (Chinese & English) Long-Term Submission Invitation
• Smart Agriculture (Chinese & English) is an academic journal in the field of agriculture approved by the National Press and Publication Administration for domestic and international distribution, with International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) 2096-8094 and Domestic Unified Serial Number (CN) 10-1681/S. The journal is sponsored by the Agricultural Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with Academician Zhao Chunjiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering serving as the Editor-in-Chief.
  As a new high-starting-point journal in the field of agricultural informatics, it is indexed in more than a dozen domestic and international databases including EI, the Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), Scopus, INSPEC, DOAJ, CABI, EBSCO, WJCI, and OAJ. It has been recognized as a China Science and Technology Core Journal, a Chinese Core Agricultural Journal (A), an RCCSE Chinese Core Academic Journal (A), a T1-level journal in the CAST High-Quality Science and Technology Journal Classification Directory, and a Zone 2 journal in the Emerging Sources Journal Classification Table.
  Aims and Scope
  Grounded in rural revitalization, the journal focuses on agricultural information technology, particularly the application and innovation of artificial intelligence in agriculture, with the goal of building a high-quality academic journal and a high-level academic exchange platform serving the modernization of agricultural development.
  Scope of Submissions
  The journal welcomes submissions on significant theoretical innovations and methodological application achievements in areas including but not limited to: agricultural sensors, agricultural information systems, intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment, Agricultural Internet of Things, agricultural cloud computing, agricultural blockchain, agricultural spatial information technology, intelligent agricultural data analysis and mining, agricultural artificial intelligence, agricultural management systems, and plant and animal phenomics.

  Submission Requirements
  1. Submissions must be original, unpublished research papers, written in either Chinese or English, within the journal's scope. They should present clear viewpoints, substantial supporting data, accurate results, sound reasoning, and standardized formatting.
  2. The text should be concise and substantive, including: titles in both Chinese and English, author information, abstracts, keywords, funding information, main text, references, and editable figures and tables. Manuscripts should be no less than 7,000 words and submitted as Word documents.
