Welcome to Smart Agriculture

Announcement

Special topic solicitation: Smart Agricultural Sensor Technology
  • Agricultural sensor technology, as a hot spot and high ground in the international modern agricultural field, is the key and core for large-scale, low-cost, and high-quality agricultural information acquisition. It is also an important driving force for promoting the iterative upgrade of agricultural science and technology and the transformation of agricultural production methods, laying the foundation for further promoting the rapid development of modern agriculture such as digital agriculture and smart agriculture.
To further report on the latest research progress in this field, the journal Smart Agriculture specially invites Professor Wang Rujing, a researcher at the Institute of Intelligent Machines, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to serve as the guest editor and plan the publication of a special issue on "Smart Agricultural Sensor Technology." The special issue is scheduled to be published in the first issue of 2024, and experts, scholars, and researchers in related research fields are warmly welcomed to submit their contributions.

    Scope of Submissions

Including but not limited to: new materials and processes for agricultural sensors, agricultural water, soil and air environmental perception technology, high-throughput acquisition of information on animal and plant life, monitoring of agricultural product quality and safety, agricultural sensor perception algorithms, agricultural sensor signal processing, agricultural wireless sensor networks, and more.

    Submission Requirements

    1. Original research papers that have not been publicly published, in either Chinese or English, within the scope of this special issue. The papers should have clear viewpoints, detailed materials, accurate data, reasonable arguments, and adhere to formatting guidelines.

    2. Concise writing, substantial content, including titles, author information, abstracts, keywords, funding information, main text, references, and editable figures and tables. The paper should be no less than 7000 words and submitted in a Word document.
