Smart Agriculture Charge and Remuneration Policy
The Charge and Remuneration Policy of Smart Agriculture shall be implemented in accordance with the following standards.
Author-side Fees
(1) The article processing charge
Smart Agriculture will levy RMB 500 (USD 70) /page, up to RMB 8000 (USD 1100) .
(b)Reduction of charge
APC will be charged upon acceptance. However, the ability of authors to pay APC will never be a consideration in the decision whether to publish. Smart Agriculture routinely reduces or waives charges for authors from low-income countries （https://unctad.org/topic/least-developed-countries/list）. This policy is supported by our sponsor. Individual waiver requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in cases of lack of funds. Authors should submit a waiver or discount request during the submission of their article. Please request your waiver or discount at the point of submission.
